    PAYMENT may be made using either PayPal or Kagi (credit card).

    1. To pay using PayPal secure online ordering.

    You can also use PayPal when ordering Terri's files by going to her web site:  Terri's web site.

    2. To pay with a credit card (or with PayPal) using Kagi secure online ordering. 
     
    PayPal or Kagi processes the payment and notifies ABCZ Software. We then email you the software as an attachment, usually within two working days or less.

    3.  Instant Text Command Glossaries for MS Word by Cheryl Flanders and Jon Knowles can be ordered from either this (ABCZ) web site or from Cheryl's. Cheryl accepts PayPal and echeck payments. The Shorthand/SpeedType version can be ordered from this (ABCZ) web site using PayPal or Kagi.


    NEED FOR AN EXPANDER:

    To use ABCZ Software you need to have one of these leading expanders, Instant Text or Shorthand for Windows/SpeedType. ABCZ Software does not consist of executable programs. It is made up of glossaries (files) for use with these two  text expanders (Shorthand and Speedtype use the same file format).

    Ordering Shorthand for Windows:
    You may use PayPal to order Shorthand for Windows directly from the manufacturer using this referral link.  All product administration and customer service is by the designer of Shorthand, Office Soft LLC.

    Ordering Instant Text:
    You can order Instant Text from the manufacturer/designer,Textware Solutions, using this link.


    UPGRADES FOR ABCZ SOFTWARE:

    Upgrade to Version 3 of Judy's Drug Lists:  $20, if purchased before November 1, 2009. Free if purchased after that date.

    For upgrade/custom orders, please use the $18/15/10 boxes on the PayPal or Kagi order page. You will receive the upgrade via email attachment. Please indicate if you are upgrading to Version 3 of Judy's Drug Lists.


    RETURNS/REFUNDS:

    Before placing your order, please look over the explanations and screen shots of ABCZ files, and/or get the free sample files. Because we email you the product, we cannot accept returns since we cannot verify you no longer have the product.
